Jason Allen, a vascular and exercise physiologist and a professor in the department of kinesiology, has studied nitric oxide for decades. Recently, he and his team of graduate students have turned their attention to understanding how exercise and nitric oxide can support women’s cardiovascular health after menopause.

In this episode of EdLab, Allen explains what we know about women’s cardiovascular health and menopause and why far more research is needed to fill in the gaps of what we don’t know. You can listen to the conversation wherever you listen to your favorite podcast, including Apple, Amazon, or Spotify.
